Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design are owned by us. Ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
Liability
We provide this website as-is and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Liability under a client engagement is limited as set out in the signed agreement.
